- Dedicated server mail() — form submissions processed directly on our own dedicated server; no third-party form processor used
- Email / hosting provider — email and website hosting
- Payment processor — card payment processing (they do not share card data with us)
- Courier / postal services — delivery of goods (name and address only)
- Accountancy software — invoicing and financial records
All processors are contractually required to handle your data securely and in compliance with UK GDPR.
4.2 Legal disclosure
We may disclose your data where required by law, court order, or to prevent fraud or crime (including disclosure to Action Fraud or the police in connection with fraudulent orders).
5. International Transfers
Our forms are processed directly on our own dedicated server based in the UK. We do not transfer your personal data outside the UK for form processing purposes.
